Life Is All In Your Mind...

This is the first poetry collection from Mike Simmo compiled over a 3 year period with poems written across various notebooks and journals spanning a decade. It showcases one man's journey and inner world as he attempts to express and share his interactions with the beauty, ugliness, love, despair and ecstacy of human life.

"This book is my attempt at giving back to the world and to myself. It is the outward expression of a collection of experiences, feelings, stories and moments that I have been willed to write about. Moments of great emotion or insight or bafflement, attempts at answering back to life’s call. Seeing, feeling or witnessing something and thinking ‘wow... I HAVE to write this down’. It is the culmination of my own journey as a young man in search of his own expression and freedom. Or more plainly, it’s just a collection of notes from growing up as a human being".
